You have no idea the difference it makes to work with a community that gets these things (PUD forms) back quickly. I watch these complexes dying only because the Management companies are not diligent in making it easy for the Realtors and banks to buy and sell their properties.

This is a great tool for the homeowners to use in order to understand the happenings in the community. I think your management company is doing a great job at keeping this development in order along with the homeowners committee.
